60-Minute Table Session
Sixty minute custom table session. Setup and breakdown time does not count toward session time.
90-Minute Table Session
Ninety minute custom table session. Setup and breakdown time does not count toward session time.
120-Minute Table Session
Two-Hour custom table session. Setup and breakdown time does not count toward session time.

Enhancements
Sports Massage Enhancement
Developed to help with muscle systems used for a particular sport, uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training -- before, during, or after sports events. This add-on incorporates use of muscle-healing creams, targeted stretching, and hydrotherapy.
Scrub Enhancement
Scrubs are an exfoliating and hydrating body treatment. Sugar scrubs offer a more gentle alternative to salt scrubs. The sugar scrub are typically comprised of sugar combined with oil and often an aromatic essential oil like lavender, rose geranium, or grapefruit. Coffee scrubs offer deeper exfoliation and a more energizing experience. All scrubs are 100% homemade and we give you the remaining scrub mix for use after your therapist leaves!

Cupping Therapy Enhancement
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction in order to facilitate blood flow in target areas. This treatment is particularly beneficial in pain relief and sports recovery.

Theragun Enhancement
The Theragun massage gun is designed to aid in the increase of blood flow and the myofascial release process. This handheld device uses vibration and pulsation to apply concentrated pressure deep into your muscle tissue and promote recovery.
Hot Stone Enhancement
Hot Stone Massage is a form of alternative medicine massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of a number of either heated or cooled stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy.

Cold Stone Therapy
Cold stone therapy is ideal for sports injuries because it reduces pain and swelling from the site and accelerates healing. Cold stones placed on the face help alleviate sinus problems like congestion and swelling as well as reduce under eye bags and dark circles.

Aromatherapy Enhancement
Aromatherapy is based on the usage of aromatic materials, including essential oils, and other aroma compounds, with claims for improving psychological or physical well-being.
Prenatal Enhancement
Prenatal massage is a type that's similar to regular massage – it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of pregnant women and your changing bodies. We are trained in prenatal massage to adjust our techniques to your individual needs.
