Heavy Hands is based out of Riverside County, and we travel to most places in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. We may also travel to parts of Los Angeles and San Diego Counties, depending on the services requested. Some commutes, typically more than 30 miles from Lake Elsinore, may require a travel fee or purchase of minimum time/service. Please contact us for details.
We accept cash payments and all major credit & debit cards via the Square platform. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. There is no transaction fee. No personal checks will be accepted.
Upon arrival for your first visit, we will take a brief medical history and ask you fill fill out a short questionnaire. Based on your individual circumstances, your therapist may deem is necessary to modify the services requested in consideration of pre-existing medical conditions. It is important that you disclose any injuries or recent surgeries before your session begins.
We understand that plans change. We are happy to honor free appointment cancellations up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in a fee of 50% booked services to be assessed.
